These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
